ONU authorization and management

New ONUs

An ONU that shows up on a PON appears on the “New ONUs” page within 30 seconds with its model and firmware. The authorization form: ONU type (picked by model), name, zone, speed, VLAN, Routing/Bridging mode, Mgmt IP, TR-069, VoIP, CATV. Presets store typical sets.

ONU card

  • ONU/OLT Rx signal, distance, outage history, MAC addresses, WAN/Mgmt/VoIP IPs.
  • ONU and WAN mode (DHCP/Static/PPPoE), Attached VLANs, LAN ports, Wi-Fi (SSID, password, channel, modes), CATV, VoIP with a separate telephony VLAN.
  • Actions: reboot, disable/enable, factory reset, type change, SN replacement, speed, delete; batch operations on a list.
  • TR069 Stat: the whole router tree: WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, connected devices, Port Forward, speed test, passwords.

Moving subscribers

SN change (ONU replacement) and type change without losing settings: the platform saves the configuration, re-registers and restores it.
